The RIBA offers a comprehensive range of Audio Visual equipment and services for all our events and conference rooms. Our permanently sited team can advise you on staging, lighting and all areas of technical support, ensuring that you and your guests leave the RIBA dazzled by the presentation of your event.

Also featured is a wealth of built in communications including Video conferencing, ISDN, Broadband and Wi-fi. We have invested heavily in the latest audio-visual equipment to make sure we can meet the requirements for your meeting. We are constantly upgrading and reviewing our equipment and actively research the industry to keep abreast of
new and exciting technology.

Our team will happily liaise with and consult you in the build up to your event to ensure we can cater for any special requests and to keep your planning as stress-free as possible. Please note that with the exception of personal computers, we do not allow clients to bring in their own audio-visual equipment, unless otherwise agreed prior to the event. Our equipment has been supplied and configured to work in all the different sizes of rooms and with all of the seating arrangements.   It has been Portable Appliance Tested to ensure its safety; we always carry spares in-house and we know our equipment well enough to provide full support. As our team is always on-site, you can feel comfortable in the knowledge that we provide fast and efficient support before and during your event.
